Main Learning Objective #6: Toddler-Two Parents will be able to create a One Day Food Plan that incorporates nutritional food options from the Five Food Groups, considers the Daily Recommended Amount and Serving Size of each nutritional food option, and aligns with the nutritional guidelines for a Two-year-old Toddler, as identified by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

For your final Learning Activity (Learning Activity #6) you will create a one day meal plan for your toddler. Learning Activity #6 will be the Post-test for this Online Interactive Lesson. To prepare you for the Post-test, I have provided sample Daily Food Plans below, each from the ChooseMyPlate.gov website, for you to observe and explore. As you explore the provided and additional Daily Food Plans, keep in mind that you will be building a one day meal plan for a Two-year-old. With that being said, be sure to take into account the Daily Recommended Amount for each Food Group and the Serving Size of each nutritional food option, for a Two-year-old Toddler, as it is identified by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
