Daily REcommended Amounts
In the poster above by the ChooseMyPlate.gov website, you are able to see the Daily Recommended Amounts for a Two-year-old Toddler, as identified by the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA). The Grains Food Group requires 3 ounces per day, the Vegetable Food Group requires 1 cup per day, the Fruit Food Group requires 1 cup per day, the Dairy Food Group requires 2 cups per day, and the Protein Food Group requires 2 ounces per day.
